2015 EIU-J HOMECOMING
The usual suspects were in Charleston for the 2015 Homecoming, which was the school's 100th homecoming celebration (which coincides with the DEN 100 anniversary bash in November, see prior post).

The Eastern News 100th Anniversary celebration is being finalized for the November 6-7, 2015 event. Once in a lifetime is truly descriptive of this event. Interest has been quite strong.

THE WINE & GOLF EVENT (IN LIVING COLOR)
A few friends of the Journalism Department got together August 8, 2015 to launch the Eastern News 100th Anniversary celebration at the Wine & Golf Event.
Despite the fact that Madeleine kept putting her open palm out to start a seance and golfers had to hit tee shots through the sizzling high voltage power lines crossing the 4th fairway, everyone had a good time for a good cause.
